Domestic & International Shipping

We operate from multiple locations, including London & New York and also Amsterdam and our site in Lincoln UK. All orders, domestic and international are dispatched by express courier to reach you as speedily and safely as possible. When purchasing please include your email address and contact telephone number to help our courier locate you.

Customs Duties & Other Fees 

 

In almost all occasions customs duties will be included in the price of your purchase at checkout and you should having nothing more to pay in customs fees. Although we must stress that we are unable to check the current customs and import fees that are relevant for each and every country and advise you to check this with your local authority if you think that fees may apply.

If something goes wrong

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  

Please note that we do not accept returns unless the item is fundamentally mis-described or is damaged in transit. In the case of damage we will need to contact the courier to file a claim for compensation with your assistance. We stress though that damage is extremely unlikely. We ship unframed prints in special extremely strong and wide shipping tubes which are most unlikely to come to harm.

 

We dispatch all orders quickly by courier. If an item is damaged please retain the item and packaging and contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you and the courier to resolve the issue. We check that all items are carefully described in each listing but if you feel that an item has been mis-described please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to resolve any issues.

 

 

Exchanges  

 

We sell original items and typically each item in stock is the only item we have. Because of this we are usually unable to offer an exchange. We ask that customers read the description carefully so that the item purchased will meet expectations.
